We have to work unitedly to secure the victory of the rule of Allah. In that case, we may face lots of barriers and obstructions. But we have to continue the movement overcoming all those barriers. There is no alternative. There is no chance to surrender before the tyrants under any circumstances.
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Acting Ameer and former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman said this while virtually addressing a workers’ conference organized by Jamaat-e-Islami Joypurhat district.
Joypurhar district Ameer Fazlur Rahman Sayeed presided over the program which was hosted by district secretary Golam Kibria. Assistant Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami Maulana Abdul Halim was the special guest at the conference. Among others, district Jamaat’s Assistant Secretary Hasibul Alam Liton, Advocate Mamunur Rashid, Youth department secretary lecturer Mostafizur Rahman, and district Chhatrashibir President Asadul Islam Asad spoke on the occasion.
Professor Mujibur Rahman said we have to establish Deen by sacrificing our wealth and lives. The activists of the Islamic movement should exercise Dawah activities and spend money on a regular basis. We have to stand by the side of the helpless people as a part of the Islamic movement.
Maulana Abdul Halim said we have to be careful about the self-development and upgradation of standards. There is no alternative to preparing ourselves for the Islamic movement. The government has seized our voting rights, rights to do Islamic movement, and all other civic rights away. Under such a situation, we cannot remain idle or play a passive role.
District Ameer Fazlur Rahman Sayeed said Jamaat-e-Islami has been working to establish the rule of Allah instead of the human-made doctrines. Jamaat activists should build themselves on the basis of acquiring knowledge. They should get involved with the work of social reform.
