Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Acting Ameer and former lawmaker Professor Mujibur Rahman has said, Dawah should be spread among the people by boosting organization at all levels and the members should play their roles to convey the messages to the people. Because in today’s world, people are being misguided and misled due to ill-conspiracies. People have moved back from learning Quran and Hadith. The youth are losing their ways because of the cultural aggression. Jamaat members should concentrate on Dawah activities to bring back people on the right path.

Acting Ameer said, this while addressing the virtual annual members’ conference of Narayanganj city Jamaat-e-Islami. Central working committee member and Narayanganj city Jamaat Ameer Abdul Zabbar presided over the conference which was hosted by city secretary Engineer Monowar Hossain. Jamaat’s Secretary General and former MP Professor Mia Golam Porwar, central executive committee member and Dhaka south region’s coordinator Saiful Alam Khan Milon, Jamaat’s central executive committee member and party’s media and publicity secretary Advocate Matiur Rahman Akanda, central executive committee member and Dhaka north city Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin, central working committee member and Narayanganj city Jamaat’s former Ameer Maulana Mainuddin Ahmed addressed the program as the special guests. Besides, Narayanganj city Jamaat’s Nayeb-e-Ameer Maulana Abdul Qaiyum, assistant secretary Jamal Hossain, Maulana Saifuddin Monir, HM Nasir Uddin and Zakir Hossain spoke on the occasion.

Mia Golam Porwar said, Islamic welfare state must be established by forming families and societies. So, we must play effective roles to create skilled and honest individuals in the light of the Quran and Hadith.

Matiur Rahman Akanda said, we are optimistic because despite the islamophobia, a revival of Islam has begun across the world. So, we have realized that Islam will be emerged from various corners of the world. We should play our contextual roles to transform our birthland into an Islamic welfare state.

Mohammad Selim Uddin said, leadership, workforce and the principles are the main ingredients of this organization. We should play active role to utilize all these issues.

Abdul Zabbar appreciated all guests and members for taking part in this conference and concluded the event by making an open call to play due responsibilities in the upcoming days.
