Watching people’s love and emotion for Islam, the government has become reckless. Following the death of world-renowned preacher of the Quran and noted speaker Allama Delwar Hossain Sayedee, the authority did not pay any heed to the public emotion, rather they opened fire against the peaceful presence. Islamic movement could not be resisted by dint of torture and repression and it will never be subdued as well.
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Acting Ameer and former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman said this while addressing a virtual workers’ conference organized by Jessore city organizational district on 19th August. District Ameer Professor Golam Rasul presided over the program. Professor Mujib further said, the demand for restoring caretaker government has been raised in order to ensure a free, fair and credible election. He urged the government to accept this just demand immediately.
Addressing the workers, Jamaat Ameer said Jamaat’s main task is to build an individual, family and the society. So personal report must be maintained in a bid to secure an organized life. The workers should read the Quran, Hadith and Islamic literature consistently and they must attend all programs regularly.
Jamaat’s central executive committee member and Jessore-Kushtia region’s coordinator Mobarak Hossain addressed the program as the special guest. Among others, Jessore east district Ameer Master Nurunnabi, Jessore west district Ameer Maulana Habibur Rahman, Jessore city Nayeb-e-Ameer Belal Hossain, Secretary Golam Quddus, Aassistant Secretary Shamsuzzaman and Shahabuddin Bishash addressed the program.
