Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Central Executive Committee Member and Secretary of it’s Central Publicity and Media Department, Advocate Matiur Rahman Akanda issued the following statement on November 3, 2025 expressing condemnation and protest over the filing of a case against the July Warrior and Chief Coordinator of NCP, Nasir Uddin Patwary.
“We are deeply concerned to know that a leader of a political party has filed a case against July Warrior and Chief Coordinator of the NCP Nasir Uddin Patwary. The nation holds Nasir Uddin Patwary in high esteem for his leading role in the anti-autocracy movement. We are worried about the filing of a case against him. We strongly condemn and protest the act of filing a case against those who have played a heroic role in rescuing the country from the grip of autocratic rule.”
