In the early morning of Sunday, 21 December, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami's Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, visited the grave of Martyr Sharif Osman Hadi (Rahimahullah).

After performing the Fajr prayer at the Central Jame Mosque of Dhaka University, the Jamaat Ameer, accompanied by party leaders and activists, visited the grave and offered prayers at the court of Almighty Allah, seeking forgiveness for the soul of Martyr Osman Hadi and acceptance of his martyrdom.

Secretary General of the Jamaat-e-Islami and former MP Mia Golam Porwar, Assistant Secretary General Maulana Abdul Halim, Central President of Islami Chhatrashibir Zahidul Islam, Central Executive Council Member of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Mobarak Hossain, Central Working Committee Member and Nayeb-e-Ameer of Dhaka City South Dr. Advocate Helal Uddin, Central Working Committee Member and Secretary of Dhaka City South Dr. Shafiqul Islam Masud, Central Office Secretary of Islami Chhatrashibir Sibgatullah Sibga, DUCSU Vice President Sadik Quayem, General Secretary S. M. Farhad, and central and city leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami and Islami Chhatrashibir were present on the occasion.
