Meeting of the central committee of the Bangladesh Coordination Council for Schools for persons with disabilities held

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Nayeb-e-Ameer and former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman said, “Jamaat-e-Islami will make the utmost efforts, InshaAllah, to ensure the recognition and MPO enlistment of schools for persons with disabilities in Bangladesh.”

He made these remarks today, 18 November (Tuesday), while addressing a meeting of the Central Committee of the Bangladesh Coordination Council for Schools for Persons with Disabilities as the chief guest, held at the central office of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami.

He further said, “An all-party committee will be formed with the aim of securing the recognition and MPO enlistment of autistic and disability schools established across the country. This committee will meet the Honorable Adviser to the Ministry of Social Welfare tomorrow (Wednesday) at 2:30 PM. The meeting expressed hope that the Honorable Social Welfare Adviser will take effective measures regarding the recognition and MPO enlistment of these schools.”

The meeting, held under the chairmanship of the president of Bangladesh Coordination Council for Schools for Persons with Disabilities Mohammad Elias Raj, and it was attended by other committee members, including Adviser A.H.M. Saleh Belal, Vice-President Humayun Kabir, Senior Vice-President M.A. Salam, Senior Vice-President Md. Suruzzaman, Joint General Secretary Mir Hasanul Rajib, Joint General Secretary Md. Kamrul Islam, Joint General Secretary Zahirul Islam, Member Md. Burhan Uddin, Member Russel Ahmed, Member Faridul Islam, Member Md. Anwar Hossain, Member Md. Shafiqul Islam, Member Md. Mehedi Hasan, and others.
