On Tuesday, October 7, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Nayeb-e-Ameer and former Member of Parliament Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 9:00 a.m.

Upon arrival, Dr. Taher gave a brief press briefing to journalists at the airport.

It may be mentioned that Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher had left Dhaka on the night of September 22 as a member of the Chief Adviser’s delegation to attend the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Assistant Secretary General of the organization and Head of the Central Publicity and Media Department Advocate Ahsanul Mahboob Zubair, Central Executive Committee Member and Secretary of the Central Publicity and Media Department Advocate Matiur Rahman Akanda, Ameer of Jamaat’s Comilla South District Advocate Muhammad Shahjahan, along with many leaders and activists from Dhaka North and South City units and from Chauddagram Upazila of Comilla district, greeted him at the airport’s VIP lounge with bouquets of flowers.
