Bogra West organisational district arranged Associate Member's conference

Jamaat-e-Islami wants to establish rule of Allah in a systematic way in order to make a welfare state

-Professor Mujibur Rahman

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami's Acting Ameer and former lawmaker Professor Mujibur Rahman has said,
Jamaat-e-Islami wants to establish rule of Allah in a systematic way in order to make a welfare state. To attain this target, Jamaat-e-Islami is sincerely trying to create public opinion. As such, Jamaat's manpowers of all levels have to be prepared themselves as a genuine practitioner of Islam. They have to fulfil the rights of their parents. They have to perform prayer in congregation. We have to act like a dedicated servant of Almighty Allah. We have to understand the holy Quran and similarly to convey its messages to the people. We have to encourage people to do good deeds. We should ensure our involvement in charity works and social services in bid to make our organisation more pro-people.

Acting Ameer said this while addressing the Associate Member's conference organized by Bogra West organisational district today. District Ameer Principal Maulana Abdul Haq Sarkar presided over the program which was hosted by district secretary Monjurul Islam Raju.

He further said, Awami League has annulled Islamic morals and ideological elements from text books, literature and entire academic system and inserted paganism instead. In the latest curriculum, they have included some peculiar issues. They want to introduce secular political trend at levels. As a part of it, they have cancelled the registration of Jamaat-e-Islami. They want to make a country free from Islamic influence. In many ways, they are trying to impose bad and harmful issues upon the nation. We have to be aware of such ill-efforts and conspiracies of the government and also to remain vocal against these problems.

Jamaat-e-Islami`s Assistant Secretary General and Bogra region's coordinator Maulana Abdul Halim and central executive committee member Principal Shahabuddin addressed the conference as the special guests. Among others, district's Nayeb-e-Ameer Maulana Abdul Hakim, Maulana Momtaz Uddin and Rezaul Karim also addressed the program.
