Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Acting Ameer Professor Mujibur Rahman urged everybody to launch all-out movement in order to dethrone the incumbent fascist, undemocratic and tyrannical government.

He said this while addressing a members’ workshop arranged by Dhaka south organizational district. Central Majlish-e-Shura member and Dhaka south organizational district Ameer Maulana Delwar Hossain presided over the program which was hosted by district secretary ABM Kamal Hossain. Jamaat’s central executive committee member and Dhaka south city Ameer Nurul Islam Bulbul and Narayanganj city Ameer Maulana Abdul Zabbar also spoke on the occasion.

Professor Mujib said, the incumbent government has come to the power illegally and subsequently created a reign of terror, looting and corruption. They have cancelled the caretaker system as they are well aware that people will not elect them anymore. Earlier, they had observed strike for 173 days to establish caretaker government system. But coming to the power, they have forgot those histories. They are mulling to hold next election under a political government. Jamaat’s Acting Ameer urged them to give up those wrongful illusion and to step down immediately for handing over power to a caretaker government. Otherwise, they will be made compelled to accept the public demand.

Acting Ameer said, the members are the striking force of this organization. So, they have to play pivotal role in all programs. The members should increase the study of the Quran and hadith. They should spread the message of Islam among the people and try to remain by the side of the people. Professor Mujib also recalled the atrocities and massacres which are taking place in Gaza now. He urged OIC, United Nations and all global forums to bring an end to the Israeli aggression.

Nurul Islam Bulbul said, the nation is crossing a crucial period now. Awami League has became a burden for the countrymen. So, we do not have any alternative but strengthening the grassroots organization for ousting the government. He urged to initiate movement in all roads, streets and areas against this fascist government.

Maulana Abdul Zabbar said, the government is planning to continue office by hatching conspiracies. Jamaat members have to play strong and effective roles in launching massive movement against such conspiracies of the government.

Maulana Delwar Hossain remined all the historic contributions of Jamaat-e-Islami in all previous movements. He called upon the members to take to the street to attain their just demands and simultaneously for dethroning the government.
