The people cannot be made confused with the lame excuse of compromising with the tyrants, Mobarak Hossain

Jamaat’s top leaders have been executed to death in a bid to destroy the leadership of the party. In last 15 years, several hundred Jamaat and Shibir men have been killed. More than 5 thousand activists have been made crippled. Over a hundred thousand leaders and activists have been made injured critically in the name of police remand. The incumbent tyrant regime has made thousands of Jamaat activists compelled to leave their houses by lodging false and fabricated cases against them. The present top leaders are also behind the bar for many days. Even after such condition, some quarters are getting smell of negotiations and compromise between Jamaat-e-Islami and the ruling Awami League. We want to assert that Jamaat is not believe in the politics of hidden negotiation. So, the people cannot be made confused with the lame excuse of compromising with the tyrants.

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s central executive committee member and party’s Jessore-Kushtia region’s coordinator Mobarak Hossain said this while addressing a leadership conference organized by Jamaat-e-Islami Chuadanga district.

He further said, the government is again mulling to hold another farcical election. They want to overcome the election by hatching conspiracy. We would like to warn the government saying that the countrymen will not allow an election under the government of Sheikh Hasina. Whatever the conspiracy is and whatever the electoral preparation is, Jamaat will not take part in any election without the restoration of the caretaker government. The demands for re-establishing caretaker government system will be attained to ensure a free, fair and credible election.

Among others, Chuadanga district Jamaat Ameer Ruhul Amin, Nayeb-e-Ameer and former Upazila chairman Maulana Azizur Rahman, Alamdanga Upazila Ameer Darus Salam, Mamun Reza were present on the occasion.
