Election to be held under non-party government for restoring democracy and human rights

A regional members’ conference was held on 7th March, organized by Jamaat-e-Islami Kushtia, Meherpur, and Magura district which was presided by Meherpur district Ameer Maulana Tazuddin Khan. Jamaat-e-Islami’s Acting Ameer and former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman addressed the conference as the chief guest. Regional coordinator and party’s central executive committee member Mobarak Hossain spoke on the occasion as the special guest.

Addressing the partymen, Professor Mujibur Rahman said, there is no existence of justice in society. Muslims are facing torture and oppression across the globe. But the United Nations has taken no initiative to preserve the Muslim interest. So, it is the demand of the moment to form an Islamic United Nations comprising all Muslim nations.

He further said, if people get the chance to express their opinions freely and fairly, they will give decisions in favor of Islam. Election to be held under non-party government for restoring democracy and human rights. There is no alternative to non-party fair government. This is a movement to establish people’s rights. He urged the countrymen to make the movement possible and successful.

Mobarak Hossain said, we have to reshuffle and reschedule the daily routine to make ourselves more qualified. He drew the attention of the members in this regard.

Assistant coordinator of the region Maulana Azizur Rahman presented Dars ul Quran in the conference. Among others, regional team member Abdul Matin and Principal Khondokar AKM Ali Mohsin addressed the program. Magura district Jamaat Ameer M B Baker hosted the conference. Kustia district Ameer Professor Maulana Abul Hashem delivered the inaugural speech. In the concluding speech, Maulana Tazuddin Khan thanked all the guests and the members for participating in the conference.
