Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman has issued a message of condolence on 19th October 2018 at the death of Maulana Habibur Rahman, Ameer of Bangladesh Khelafat Majlish (faction) and the principal of Sylhet’s Jameya Madania Islamia Kazir Bazar Madrasa.
In the message, Jamaat’s Secretary General stated that, being a veteran religious scholar, Maulana Habibur Rahman has made efforts throughout his life to spread Islamic education and simultaneously for the establishment of Islamic doctrine. His demise is a huge loss for the nation. He will be remembered forever for his outstanding contributions.
May Allah bless Maulana Habibur Rahman (Rahimaullah) with mercy and security. May Allah accept him as His distinguished guest and expand his graveyard. May Allah turn his vices into pieties. May Allah accept all his noble deeds to bless him with Jannah.
Dr. Shafiqur Rahman in his condolence message, also extended his deep sympathy to his mournful family and prayed for them so that tolerate the shock of this mournful period of time.
