Working Committee member of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Feni district Kamrul Ahsan Chowdhury has died of cardiac arrest this noon. Inna lillahi Wa inna Ilaihi Rajiun. He was 58. He left his wife, one son and many relatives. He will be buried at his family graveyard, located in Olinagar village under Mirshorai Upazila in Chittagong district following a funeral prayer at 10 am on 31^st May.

Message of condolence

Acting Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and former lawmaker Maulana ANM Shamsul Islam has issued the following message of condolence on 30^th May, 2018 expressing deep shock at the death of Kamrul Ahsan Chowdhury.

In the condolence message, he prayed for late Kamrul Ahsan Chowdhury saying that, may Allah grant him mercy, bless him and protect him. May Allah accept him as his distinguished guest. May Allah turn all his vices into pieties. May Allah accept all his noble deeds to bless him with Jannah.

He also extended deep sympathy to his mournful family and prayed for them so that they can hold patience in this painful period of time.
