Acting Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and former lawmaker Maulana A N M Shamsul Islam has issued the following message of condolence on 29th May, 2018 expressing deep shock at the death of BNP Chairperson’s advisor, former member of parliament and whip Syed Wahidul Alam.
“The nation lost a veteran political figure at his demise. I am expressing deep shock and condolence at his death and seeking salvation for his departed soul.
Acting Ameer in the condolence message also prayed for late Syed Wahidul Alam saying that may Allah accept all his noble deeds to bless him with Jannah. He also extended deep sympathy for his mournful family and prayed for them so that they can hold patience in this painful period of time.”
