Acting Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and former lawmaker Maulana A N M Shamsul Islam has issued the following message of condolence on 22nd April, 2018 at the death of Professor Dr. Anwara Begum, wife of former President of Bangladesh, Professor Dr. Iajuddin Ahmed.
In the condolence message he prayed for the salvation of the departed soul of Professor Dr. Anwara Begum. He also extended deep sympathy to her mournful family and relatives and prayed for them so that they can hold patience in this painful period of time.”
