No election will be allowed under a political government. Pro-people government to be established in the upcoming election. To do so, there is no alternative to caretaker government. It has become a public demand now. People will make the government compelled to accept the demand for caretaker government system.
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Acting Ameer and former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman said this while virtually addressing a members’ conference organized by Sherpur district Jamaat-e-Islami.
He said this, advancement is not possible in the Islamic movement without test and tribulation. Sacrifice of lives and properties is a must to pass this test. We have to set exquisite example in this process. Allah’s help and mercy is inevitable for the Islamic movement. We have to make ourselves fit to receive those blessing. We have to maintain wisdom as per the directives of the Quran and Sunnah. We have to move forward defying all barriers and obstacles. Islamic movement is not suitable for the coward people. Only the courageous can attain the pinnacle of success.
Among others, Jamaat’s Assistant Secretary General Maulana Abdul Halim and Advocate Ahsanul Mahaboob Zubair, Jamaat’s central executive committee member and party’s central media and publicity secretary Advocate Matiur Rahman Akanda,central organizing secretary and Mymensingh region’s coordinator Dr. Samiul Haq Faruqi and Islami Chhatrashibir’s former president Hafez Rashedul Islam addressed the program.
