Acting Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and former lawmaker Professor Mujibur Rahman has issued the following statement on 12th June 2023 thanking the Dhaka city dwellers, police department, journalists, and people of all walks for making last 10th June’s rally held in the city’s Engineers Institution under the arrangement of Dhaka south city Jamaat-e-Islami.
“I am sincerely thanking the Dhaka city dwellers, police department, journalists, and people of all walks for making last 10th June’s rally held in the city’s Engineers Institution under the arrangement of Dhaka south city Jamaat-e-Islami.
Despite threats, intimidation, and barriers, Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka city south successfully arranged the rally as the people of the city spontaneously took part in the program and cooperated by all means. This incident once again proved that the people of the country have immense love for Jamaat-e-Islami.
By the grace of the Almighty Allah, the progress and advancement of Jamaat-e-Islami will continue in the upcoming days. We are seeking the cooperation and support of our fellow countrymen under all circumstances.
