The central organization of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami shall be created comprising the following bodies or posts:

1. National Council;
2. Ameer-e- Jamaat;
3. Central Majlish-e-Shura;
4. Central Working Committee and
5. Central Executive Committee.
