Acting Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and former member of the Parliament Professor Mujibur Rahman has issued the following message of condolence on 24th October, 2017 expressing deep condolence at the death of BNP’s Standing Committee Member and former minister M K Anwar.

In the message of condolence, Acting Ameer stated that late M K Anwar was a generous, patriot and a veteran politician who always upheld the true spirit of democracy. As 5 term consecutive elected parliamentarian and two time minister, the deceased has served the nation profoundly. The countrymen will remember him always for his outstanding contributions.

Acting Ameer prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and extended deep sympathy to his mournful family, political associates, fans and followers. He also prayed to Almighty Allah so that they can endure the shock of losing such great personality.
