Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Acting Ameer and former lawmaker Professor Mujibur Rahman has said, the oppressor regime has grabbed the state office once again by holding a dummy election on last 7th January. The people have rejected this election. The United Nations and the democratic world did not recognize this election yet. Bangladesh is one the way to be isolated from rest of the parts of the world. The countrymen must be united against the fascist rule of the government. We have move ahead ignoring the threats and intimidations of the government. The countrymen also expect that the government will demonstrate their good intentions by holding a credible election under a caretaker government.

Professor Mujibur Rahman said while addressing a workshop of the Jessore-Kushtia region’s working committee members today. Jamaat’s Acting Secretary General Maulana ATM Masum, Assistant Secretary General and former MP Hamidur Rahman Azad, Assistant Secretary General Maulana Abdul Halim, Manarat University’s former VC Dr. Abdur Rab and central executive committee member Mobarak Hossain addressed the program as the special guests. Besides, Maulana Azizur Rahman, Dr. Alamgir Bishash, Principal Ali Mohsin, Abdul Matin and concerned district Ameers were present on the occasion.

Professor Mujib said, the incumbent anti-Islam government has inserted various secular and atheism elements in the curriculum to take the citizens away from Islam. Transgender concept is being promoted. The entire society is made polluted by importing indecent culture and other issues. The guardians became extremely worried about the academic status and the future of their kids. The citizens must be aware of the conspiracy of the government and they should resist all ill-efforts.

Acting Ameer said, we have to demonstrate our servitude to Almighty Allah and to be loyal to the Prophet (peace be upon Him). Our families should be kept free from all sorts of ill-practices. We must be practicing Muslim. We have to remove dishonest leadership from all sectors. The activities of the Islamic movement must be strengthened. The necessity and importance of establishing Islam must be upheld in front of the family members. We have to be enlightened in the light of the Quran. Our houses must be built as the stronghold of Islamic movement. We should nurture nobility and modesty. We should remain by the side of the people.
Maulana ATM Masum said, the companions of the Prophet was enriched with some unique qualities. They practice the directives of the Quran. They have left ignorance and became noble human being in the company of the Prophet (pbuH). There was no dissimilarity between their words and works. We have to follow and exercise Islam sincerely like them. We have to sacrifice our lust and worldly desires to obtain reward and blessings from Almighty Allah.
