Acting Ameer condemns terrorists attacks in 3 Saudi cities including the holy city of Madina
Wednesday, 06th July, 2016

Acting Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Maqbul Ahmed has issued the following statement on 6th July, 2016 condemning the three consecutive terrorists in holy city of Madina, Jeddah and Qatif on last 4th July.

“Several incidents of terrorist attacks in this holy month of Ramadan including suicidal attack in the holy city of Madina that left 4 security guards killed and another attack in Jeddah which left 5 injured including two police officers are really regrettable.

The holy city of Madina is blessed with the memory of the holy Prophet of Islam, Hazrat Mohammad (Peace be upon Him). Terrorist attack in this holy city has damaged the image and sanctity of this great city. Terrorism is not acceptable in anywhere in the world. But this suicidal bomb attack in Prophet’s city of Madina is nothing but a severe humiliation and blunder. Terrorist activities always cause casualties but these misdeeds can never solve a problem. So the Muslim community must be united against such horrible terrorist acts.

I am praying for the salvation of those departed souls who have been killed during Madina attack and extending deep sympathies to their mournful families, relatives, the government of the Saudi Arabia and its friendly people. I am also praying for the quick recovery of the injured victims.”
