Cross-examination of fifth witness has completed against Quader Mollah: Second witness of the kamruzzaman’s Litigation said that I was an Al-Bador in 1971.

 Second witness Mohammad Monwar Hossin of the litigation filed against Mohammad Kamruzzaman, Assistant secretary General of Jamaat Islam for so called involvement in crimes against humanity during liberation war, has confessed during cross-examination that I was a member of Al-Bador force. A Judge of the tribunal has asked him whether you were an Al-Bodor or Razaker? Answering to this question witness Monwar said I was Al-Bodor during war. Thenceforth, the defance lawyer Advocate Kafil Uddin Chowdhary interrogated that after coming Pakistan Army in Sherpur you and your companied had plundered and combusted in Nyani Bazar. Witness said that it is not authentic one. Cross-examination will be continued to Witness Monwar Hossin today on Tuesday. On the other side, Examination to fifth witness Khandkhar Abul Ahsan of a case filed against Quder Mollah, another Assistant secretary General of Jamaat Islam for so called involvement in crimes humanity during liberation war, has been completed. Examination has separately been done on behalf of kamruzzaman and Quder Mollah in the International Crimes tribunal-2. Some cross-examinations are given hereinafter.
Q: Until and unless freedom fighters entered in Sherpur, Had all of you continued plundering and combusting and left away next to coming of them?
A: It is not correct.
Q: You had left away from Sherpur in order to save yourself from mass-passion and preserve from being comprised in the litigation under collaboration Act?
A: It is not authentic one.
Q: When had you introduced with Kamruzzaman for the first time?
A: From my very Childhood.
Q: Had you known any brother of Kamruzzaman?
A: I do not know.
Q: Do you know any name of them?
A: No, I do not know.
Q: Do you know in which school and collage Kamruzzaman had studied?
A: No, I do not know.
Q: whether he studied in school or collage during freedom war?
A: I could not say.
Q: when had you firstly familiar to him?
A: In the camp.
Q: had he than had beard and Moustache?
A: He had been same in 1971 as the present but he was looked nice than now.
Q: Had you been present in any meeting where Kamruzzaman were present during the election of 70?
A: I had never attended in any sitting with Kamruzzaman.
Q: In which school or collage Kamruzzaman had been the leader?
A: He had been a great leader of Student Association in Sherpur.
Q: said in deposition that Soren Shaha and all others had been escaping to India riding on Bus. Had you been companied with them?
A: They were Hindu but I was Muslim so why I would want to flee to India.
Q: from whom you informed that Kamruzzaman and his accomplices had been seen in Soren Shaha’s House?
 A: My elder brother was a friend of kamruzzaman so I got heard that he was a great leader prior to or next of liberation war.
Q: When had peace committee been established?
A: I could not mention accurate date of formation. Firstly, defance party was made than peace committee.
Q: when had Kamruzzaman been a great leader of Al-Bador?
A: I heard he became a great leader of Al-Bador from the office of Mymansing.
Q:  When had he been made a leader of al-Bador?
A: I could not say.
Q: Had any senior officer been greater than the Major Riaz and Aiyoub in Sharpur?
A: There had not been any senior army officer.
Q: what was the name of Adjutant of Razakers in Sherpur?
A: I could not say.
After this question, tribunal adjourned its proceeding to today on Tuesday.
Cross-examination of fifth witness has been completed against Quder Mollah:

        Examination to fifth witness Khandkhar Abul Ahsan of a case filed against Quder Mollah, another Assistant secretary General of Jamaat Islam for so called involvement in crimes humanity during liberation war, has been completed. Advocate Mohammad Ekramul Hoq, one of the defance lawyers of Quder Mollah, cross-examined him in International Crimes tribunal-2.
Q: Had any barbarous incidents not been committed under the leadership of Quder Mollah?
A: It is not true.
Q: when had Bonghabondho ordered to depute EPR?
A: I heard it was in night on 24 March.
Q: Non-Bangali Bihari Advocate Zahir uddin was the Parliament Member in Mirpur on behalf of Awami league. Due to order to appoint EPR in his area he became worried and ordered to Bihari “do everything as you like”?
A: I forgot it.
Q: Had you not had any deriver in the name of Nizam?
A: It is not true.
Q: You have descried to those incidents embracing Quder Mollah those are full of fabrication, forgery and primed witness.
