Even after having the court’s order, he was provided the Quran, the Hadith, Islamic literature, paper, pen etc as per his desire, further increasing level of torture on him, said Afifa Azam, wife of the detained former Jamaat Ameer Prof Ghulam Azam.

In statement on Wednesday, Mrs Azam said that International War Crimes Tribunal has rejected the bail petition that sought the bail for upcoming Ramadan to have ‘Etekaf’ as well as smooth fasting in the holy month that he has been performing every year for long.
