The introductory speech of the prosecution had been completed in the case brought against Ameer-e-Jamaat Moulana motiur Rahman Nizami for the so called war crimes and crimes against humanity and the witness will come on the next Sunday, July 22, 2012. The introductory speech delivery was commenced on yesterday with the presence of Moulana Motiur Rahman Nizami at about 10.40 am. Prosecutor Golam Arif Tipu and Prosecutor Altaf Uddin recited the written speech. But the speech did not provide anything other than Pak-Indo history, Liberation war history and the accusations provided in the provided in the formal charge. That is why the tribunal ordered to deduct several issues which had been provided in the charge. Such 1.15 hour lengthy speech had been finished in the tribunal constituted by three justices under the chairman ship of Nizamul Hoque Nasim.
