Cross Examining of Helal Uddin continues Investigation Officer’s report does not show US stand on 1971

Investigation Officer Helal Uddin does not have any specific answer on the US stand on 1971. He said that he don’t have the answer in his record book. He submitted many video clippings of TV News and Paper cuttings, but none of them have any relevancy with Sayidee’s case. Even a member of the Tribunal asked the Prosecution the reason of showing those. Prosecutor Haydar Ali said that he’ll explain in the Hearing and he claimed that none of these are unnecessary.
At Thursday, Lawyer of Sayidee Advocate Mijanul Islam cross examined the Investigation Officer of the Tribunal. He was assisted by Advocate Monjur Ahmed Ansari, Kafil Uddin Chowdhury, Barrister Tanvir Al Amin, Advocate Abu Bakr Siddik and some other Lawyers.
