The hearing for framing accusation for so called crimes against humanity of 1971 against the Assistant Secretary General of Bangladesh  Jamaat-e-Islami,  Abdul Kader Mullah  commenced on yesterday, Wednesday in the International Crimes Tribunal-1. The tribunal was waiting after the submission of prosecution for framing accusation for the hearing of the Accused. Case has been transferred from the tribunal-1 to Tribunal-2, so the tribunal-2 re-fixed the day for hearing on the framing accusation exhaustively, Wednesday .That is why the hearing started yesterday, Wednesday. Prosecutor Mohammad Ali read over some parts of the Charge and presented oral presentation. Such hearing was held in presence of Abdul Kader Mullah  from about 10 am to 1 pm and the remaining hearing will be held today, Thursday. The hearing is running in the tribunal-2 constituted by Justice ABM Fazle Kabir, Jsutice Obaidul Hasan and Justice Shahinur Islam
