Monday, 29 June 2015
Acting Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Maqbul Ahmed has issued the following statement on 29th June, 2015 condemning the heinous terrorist attacks in Kuwait, France and Tunisia.
I am severely protesting and condemning the heinous terrorist attacks and casualties in Kuwait, France and Tunisia. The miscreants who are often allegedly carrying out these attacks using the name of Islam, in this regard our clear view, Islam never supports such violent attack.
The people who are involved with these attacks are the men of perverted mentality. The attackers of Kuwait, France and Tunisia should be identified through proper investigation and they must be brought to the justice. If these attackers are tried strongly, then no one would dare again to carry such attack again.
I am extending my sympathy and condolence to the victim families and the government of Kuwait, France and Tunisia. Besides, I am urging all the international organizations and the peace loving people around the world to raise voice against all types of militancy and extremism.”
