International crimes tribunal-2 has ruled death penalty against Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islam Assistant Secretary General Muhammad kamaruzzaman due to accusation of so called crime against humanity during liberation war in ’71. International Crimes Tribunal -2 has started read synopsis of 215 pages’ 62 (pages) of the litigation’s in the tribunal at quarter 11.am yesterday. Kamaruzzaman was taken in the court at 11.5 am. After that three judges sit in court.
Justice Sahinur Islam recites and ends of the first part. Justice Muzibur Rahman Miah recites of the second part. Justice Obaidul Hasan recites the last part at quarter 1.00 pm. Kamaruzzamana was taken by microbus from central prison at around 9.15 am. He was taken from Kashgimpur jail to central jail with strict security.
