Final arguments has been begun on behalf of Prosecution last Tuesday in the case of so called crimes against humanity against Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General and former Minister Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mujahid. Yesterday prosecutor mokhlechur Rahman Badal presented arguments. At first day of presenting arguments he presented his speech at final stage expressing the background of war of liberation in 1971, the election in 1970, 1969\'s coup, the background of country’s division in 1947 and later the great language movement. Sahinur Islam asked question prosecutor that then Mujahid was President of the Islamic Chattra Sanga but there is any reason to take responsibility of the activities of Al Badar. At the end of hearing one of the prosecutors said standing that my lord we have been able to prove the one part of allegations. At the time Tribunal Chairman Justice Obaidul Hasan said you have showed your argument, we hear it. But it cannot be said whether you can be able to please us. It will be proved amid our verdict. Yesterday Advocate Syed Mizanur Rahman, Advocate Nazrul Islam, Barrister Munshi Ahsan Kabir, Advocate Shahjahan, Advocate Gazi Tamim were present at the Tribunal. Mujahid also was present at tribunal. The next date of hearing date has has been set for next Sunday.
