The argument is begun in the Law point of Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General and former Minister Ali Ahsan Mohammad Muzahid.
Barrister Abdur Razzak said that the prosecution completely failed to prove that Ali Ahsan Mohammad Muzahid was Al-Badr commander. Prosecution was tried to prove him as an Al- Badr Commander by the Pakistani writer’s Book Al-Badr and the report of The Daily Azad but they failed completely. Ali Ahsan Mohammad Muzahid was never commander of the Al Badr.  They could not prove and his name was not include in the Al-Badr‘s name. Investigation officer (Abdur Razzak Khan) is very clear by the response of cross-examination that Razakars, Al-Badr, Al-Shams and Peace Committee’s Mujahid was not here. In response to another question, the investigation officer also acknowledged that Mujahid was not Al-Badr. Here is the evidence brought against Muzahid that this complaint is absolutely unsubstantiated.

There is no truth complaint. Barrister Razzak said daily Azad newspaper’s picture (on December 11 1971) document has been submitted to the Tribunal on behalf of the prosecution. But Muzahid’s name was not in that picture. In the above all document could not prove Muzahid was a commender of Al-Badr. International Crimes Tribunal -2 led by chairman Justice Obaidul Hasan and other two judges were recorded Argument yesterday. Defense counsel Barrister Abdur Razzak has been presented argument. Munshi Ahsan Kabir helped him. Advocate Shisir Mohammad Monir, Advocate M Shahjahan and Advocate Gazi HM Tamim were present.
