Mahmudur Rahman's mother and the Daily Sangram Editor Abul Asad’s litigation are adjourned.

The High court has adjourned litigation’s activities of detained Mahmudur Rahman’s mother Mahmuda Begum and the Daily Sangram editor senior journalist Abul Asad. The High court also has       issued a rule to response of the government’s perspective authority.
The Government has done this case against the Daily Amer Desh       Publications acting chairman Mahmuda Begam and  the Daily Sangram editor senior journalist Abul Asad allegation of  press release this newspaper. The High Court Division Bench consists of Justice Burahan Uddin and Justice KM Kamrul Kader has adjourned this lawsuit. Mis   Mahmuda Begam has applied to the High Court to withdraw this litigation last May 13. Former Supreme Court Bar Association President and Attorney General AJ Mohammad Ali have taken part hearing on behalf of her. Advocate Mohamed Saleh Uddin, Adilur Rahman Khan,  Mushfiqur Rahman Tuhin, Rubaiyat Hassan, and Hassan Ahmed were helped him. Attorney General Mahbub Alam was present on behalf of the government. Mahmudur Rahman was detained by police as a commando style from his newspaper office last April 11. After that his newspaper printing presses at Tejgoan lock hung. That’s why newspaper is printed from the Al Falah Press.
The police have been arrested 19 staff members from the press last April 13. In that night, Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate (publication) has been submitted a case against Mahmudur Rahman and Abul Asad at Ramna police station.
