International crimes tribunal-2 has been adjourned of trial for 2 days due to absence of Professor Ghulam Azam’s lawyer.  The Tribunal has set date to present argument of chief defense counsel Abdul Razzak. Last Tuesday was supposed to set a date to present arguments of Barrister Abdur Razzak against so called crimes against humanity in 1971 of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami former Ameer, language fighter Professor Ghulam Azam. But he could not come tribunal due to hartal. Junior lawyer SM Raihan Uddin has applied on behalf of Barister Razzak to postpone trial for Tuesday and Wednesday. This application is submitted in writing and he added that our senior lawyer could not present for his personal problem. However I known after come here that Chatra Shibir called hartal for Thursday. For this reason I have applied to adjourn more one day. Tribunal Chairman Justice Fazle Kabir said, you wanted one day which have given you. Then he said this is for unexpected incident. In fact Barrister Razzak does not come during hartal. Another member Justice Jahangir Hossain said, your petition has been granted hundred percent. But you are not satisfied. Another member Justice Anwarul Haque said, it is a free one in two. Prosecutor Sultan Mahmud Siman has opposed about the application. Tribunal has been set date for two days.
