Barrister Abdur Razzak said about the accusation of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami former Ameer, language fighter Professor Ghulam Azam was involved in assassination, crimes against humanity which is offensive. He also said that meeting with Tikha khan but nothing else. If complaint is a conspiracy then crime cannot be consider. It may be present allegation of killing, genocide, arson and crimes against humanity. If are killed then who, when, how, has been killed, the witnesses who are to be given. Memorize conspiracy is not acceptable for the law. Defense counsel Barrister Razzak has mention in the above comments about the Professor Ghulam Azam. He has presented arguments in the tribunal-1 which led by chairman Justice ATM Fazle Kabir and other members of the Justice Jahangir Hossain and Justice Anwar at afternoon until 4pm yesterday. Barrister Imran Siddique, Shisir Mohammad Monir helps him. On the other hand prosecutor Sultan Mahmud Simon and Dr. Afroza Turin were present on behalf of the government. This trial has been continued absence of great leader professor Ghulam Azam’s Physical disability and illness. Barrister Razzak said, there is no credible evidence and documents about that.  That letter was not presented in court as documents. Barrister Abdur Razzak said He was a member of Peace Commetee which is mentioned in the documents but not mention he was also selected GS (General Secretary) of Dhaka University Student union .that mean humiliate him by their document presentation. This type committee was set up in Pabna but that time he was present Bangladesh then he live in abroad although he came airport but back to London again from airport.  Today is Tuesday hearing this litigation’s arguments.
