Sayedee’s death penalty is violation of justice: justice, not political partiality-ICJ

International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) calls to The International Crimes Tribunal to justice not revenge.
ICJ said in a statement last Thursday that sayedee’s death sentence process’s violation of international standards. If it’s establish then will violate of personal humane right. ICJ Asia-Pacific Region Director Sam Jarifi Said we condemn all the crimes against humanity of the Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971. We think this is an emergency to justice against war criminals. However, they also have right to get justice not yet injustice or politicize. ICJ is against of the death penalty. The death penalty is an inhumane punishment.
However, it violated the right to live one. The UN General Assembly has called on the world not to give all state death penalty to anyone. That’s aim is to abolish the death penalty of the worldwide. He said it’s not legal to drop in political decision. ICJ said it’s not international standard. They also comment about tribunal that this is fault in every step. Finally they said those tribunals have to reform then justice.
