Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman has issued the following message of condolence on 19 December 2020 at the death of renowned singer Abul Kashem.

Abul Kashem was a popular Islamic motivational singer. He sang so many beautiful songs which created fear of Allah and love for the Creator among the Muslims. The audiences and the people became fascinated with his songs. During the upsurge of 902, his songs inspired thousands of people. He finally died of covid-19 and I am deeply saddened with his death.

May Allah bless him and bestow peace and mercy upon him. May Allah accept him as a martyr and bless his family members with patience. Ameen.
