Maulana Mamunul Haq, Secretary-General of Bangladesh Khelafat Majlis, and Central Joint Secretary-General of Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh, and Ameer of Dhaka City Metropolitan Hefazat-e-Islam, has become seriously ill and currently is receiving treatment at a private hospital in the capital. On 3rd December, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman visited him at the hospital. He inquired about Maulana Mamunul Haq's health condition and ongoing treatment. At that time, Jamaat’s central executive council present with the Amir of Jamaat were Central Executive Council Member Mohammad Mobarak Hossain and other leaders were present at that time. He prayed to the Almighty for his swift recovery.
