On Monday, January 13, at 3 pm, Bhutanese Ambassador to Bangladesh Rinchen Kuentsyl paid a courtesy call on Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman at the Jamaat-e-Islami Central Office.
During the exchange of views, they had a frank discussion on various issues of mutual interest between Bangladesh and Bhutan. Both the delegates expressed their strong commitment to continue the bilateral relations and the development and progress in all fields.
Among others, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami's Nayeb-e-Ameer and former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman and Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher, Assistant Secretary General Maulana ATM Masum, Maulana Rafiqul Islam Khan, Advocate Moazzam Hossain Helal and Advocate Ehsanul Mahboob Zubair, Central Executive Council Member Mubarak Hossain, Central Executive Council Member and Ameer of Dhaka South city Jamaat Nurul Islam Bulbul, Central Executive Council Member and Ameer of Dhaka North city Jamaat Muhammad Selim Uddin were present in the program.
