People should be invited to Islam through wise words, good advice and humble debates, says Maulana Abdul Halim

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Assistant Secretary General Maulana Abdul Halim said this while addressing a virtual seminar titled ‘Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him): A noble friend of Humanity” arranged by Kurigram district Jamaat-e-Islami on 11 October 2021 to mark the Siratunnabi (Peace be upon Him). The key note article titled ‘Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him): A noble friend of Humanity” was presented by the district Jamaat’s Assistant Secretary Maulana Abdul Hamid.

Maulana Abdul Halim said, people should be invited towards Islam as per the prescription of holy Quran, particularly by adopting the strategy of wise words, good advice and humble debates. Like the companions, a Muslim must continue Islamic activities defying all tortures and repressions. Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) is not a man to follow for a day or a month, rather He should be followed in all aspects of life.

Maulana Abdul Halim claimed that, the society would be free from malpractices like corruption, bribery and oppressions, if the genuine ideology of the Prophet is followed. We have to follow the Prophet, His ideology and spirit in all aspects and have to be emerged as a real preacher of Islam. He urged everybody to follow the Prophetic ideologies, irrespective of political differences in order to make Bangladesh a welfare state.

Kurigram district Jamaat Ameer and Jamaat’s central Majlish-e-Shura member Maulana Abdul Matin Faruqi presided over the program. District Secretary Maulana Nizam Uddin hosted the seminar. Among other, Jamaat’s Kurigram district’s Assistant Secretary Shahjalal Shobuj also spoke on the occasion.
