Jamaat believes in reform of the state in a systematic and democratic way, says Acting Ameer

The Prophet (peace be upon Him) maintained his personal, social, and political life as per the rules of Almighty Allah. It is the obligation of the Jamaat members to operate their lives as per the directives of the Quran and the Sunnah. We have to read out the Quran and reform ourselves accordingly. The message of Islam should be circulated among the people. We should have full trust in the elements, mentioned in the holy Quran. We also have to dedicate ourselves to the Islamic movement.

Jamaat-e-Islami’s Acting Ameer and former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman said this while addressing the annual members’ conference of Rangmati district.

He stated that Jamaat-e-Islami believes in reforming the state in a systematic and democratic way. As per the wisdom, we have to bring changes in the society. Almighty Allah has defined the struggle against the oppressor as the best Jihad. So, we have to overcome all barriers and obstacles and continue to work in the field.

Central executive committee member and Chittagong region’s coordinator Vice-Principal Abdur Rab, Assistant Secretary General and Chittagong City Ameer Muhammad Shahjahan, regional team member Jafor Sadiq and Cox’s Bazar district Ameer Maulana Nur Ahmad Anwari addressed the program.
