A workers’ conference of Magura district Jamaat-e-Islami was held on 5th November 2022 with party’s central Majlish-e-Shura member and Magura district Jamaat Ameer Professor M B Baker in the chair. The program was hosted by the district secretary. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman attended the conference virtually as the chief guest.
Jamaat Ameer said, our birthland is a blessing from Almighty Allah. Our Prophet (peace be upon Him) was born in Makkah but he had to migrate to Madina as per the instructions of Almighty Allah (swt). Almighty Allah sent His Messenger to establish the superiority of Islam above all other doctrines and ideologies. To ensure global peace and facilitate salvation, there is no alternative but to follow the ideology of the Prophet (peace be upon Him).
Jamaat Ameer further said humanity’s real welfare and success depend on the compliance and implementation of the Prophetic ideology. Those who will his accept His ideology as his living philosophy will be able to attain the ultimate success. Our workers have to improve their quality and standard as well.
Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, our workers have to play a functional role in the upcoming days to free the nation from the clutches of the oppressor regime. Jamaat-e-Islami is trying to build honest and qualified leaders through Dawah activities. He urged everybody to cooperate for making such endeavors of Jamaat-e-Islami successful.
Addressing the program, the special guest, Jamaat’s central executive committee member, and Jessore-Kustia region’s coordinator Md. Mobarak Hossain said, we have to enter into the deep realm of Islam. We should ignore fear and worldly benefit and have to work relentlessly to attain the satisfaction of Almighty Allah. We should try to gain acquaintance with Allah.
Magura district’s former district Ameer and Jessore-Kustia region’s team member Abdul Matin, district Jamaat’s Assistant Secretary Principal Maulana Mahbubur Rahman, Abdul Gaffar, municipality Ameer Professor Ashraful Alam and other leaders also addressed the conference.
