Razzak said it is not constitutional to change law after announcement
of the verdict of the case. He said it can be done but it should be
constitutional. He said it while answering to journalists yesterday
Sunday. But it will be violation of Human Right if it is changed to
implement for their political benefit. It is said in the Constitution
35 (1) that no one can get punishment in this law. Note that
International Crimes Tribunal has amended the law fixing the highest
settlement of the appeal within two months. Law minister Shafique
Ahmed told the Journalists in his office that the proposal of amended
law will be presented today. It is learnt that the International
Crimes Tribunal has amended law in the field of appeal in divided two
sections. In the proposal it is being recommended by tribunal to add
two words for insufficient punishment with mentioned law of tribunal.
