01. Short-medium- and long-term projects shall be undertaken and implemented to conduct, publish and disseminate research work on Islam.

02. Islamic propagation activities under the Islamic Foundation shall be reinforced.

03. Dignity and economic incentives of Khateebs of important masjids such as Baitul Mukarram shall be increased.

04. Masjid-based social programmes and libraries shall be established. Imams shall be given proper training so that they can present the correct teachings of Islam in the best possible manner.
